• We will evaluate claims and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged part. Full product replacements or refunds will not be provided for transit damage.

2. Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless:

• The product is defective upon arrival.
• The defect is reported within 7 days of receipt.

In such cases:

• We will replace the defective part only.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused. Products returned without prior authorization will not be processed.

• Refunds will be issued minus transaction and warehouse handling fees.
